By Train
Exit from the rear entrance of Tainan Railway Station (University Road). Walk straight along University Road for about 10 minutes. After passing Shengli Road intersection, the Department of Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering will be on your left (inside Cheng Kung Campus).
By Car
Park at the paid parking lots at NCKU Kuang-Fu Campus or Tzu-Chiang Campus, then walk to Cheng Kung Campus.
